My intent here is to share information about fresh food sources available in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Difficult economic times and negative changes in our environmental picture are forcing many of us to think differently about where our foods come from. We are also looking for ways to have less of an impact on the environment, so here we go. Jump in anywhere you feel you need to, especially if I've missed something.
Here's a great page with lots of information and links to farms, sources of food, markets.
